With over 20 years of legal experience, most recently as Idealab’s General Counsel, Debbie has advised over 100 companies and helped manage more than 300 financings and 20 acquisitions.

Michelle is a Silicon Valley executive with extensive experience in scaling go-to-market strategy and sales pipeline for growth-stage technology companies. Michelle brings a customer- and results-oriented approach to attract and engage global customers.

Paul has extensive experience managing engineering organizations at Intel, Siemens-Mentor Graphics, and Sandia National Laboratories. He has a PhD in Mechanical Engineering and was founding director of the Stellenbosch University CSP research group.

Tanya is a senior Human Resources leader who translates business vision into HR initiatives that improve performance, growth, and employee engagement and translates visions and strategies into actionable goals.

With over 20 years of experience in finance, Kelly has a deep understanding of financial operations in public companies and a talent for creating strategic financial plans that align with the goals of the business. Kelly is known for her excellent leadership skills, effective communication, and ability to build and manage high-performing teams.

Steve is a mechanical engineer with over 20 years of experience in R&D and commercialization of new technologies spanning solar energy, robotics, and 3D printing.
